Edward J. William, Ph.D., P.E.
Dr. Edward J. William earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University and both a Master of Science and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Idaho. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Solved Engineering Inc. and a licensed Professional Engineer with 20+ years of experience in the natural gas and energy sector.
Dr. William has led engineering design, quality assurance, and infrastructure programs for major utilities including Southern California Gas (SoCalGas), San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E), and Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E). He is recognized for his expertise in material standards, field engineering, and quality control, supporting safe, reliable, and sustainable energy systems.
Richard Brady P.E.
Mr. Brady graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 1980 and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School’s Owner/President Management Program. He is a Board-Certified Environmental Engineer and is a member of the American Academy of Environmental Engineers. He is a chapter author in the American Water Works Association/American Society of Civil Engineers Water Treatment Plant Design textbook, 5th edition, Chapter 16, Activated Carbon Adsorption. He is a licensed Civil Engineer, internationally recognized for his engineering contributions to large municipal water projects serving safe drinking water to millions of people around the world.
